Are you, or do you know someone, with experience working as a craftsman? We are looking for someone who takes pride in working with their hands, has an interest in engines, and wants to develop together with our unit while thriving in a close-knit team.

Main Responsibilities

The job involves working broadly with various craft assignments within the construction field. We perform both planned and ongoing maintenance with a craft focus. There are also smaller projects within the work area. The work is varied with different challenges every day. Many times, you will need to use your own skills and creativity to find solutions to problems that may arise, which requires a focus on quality and precision.

Qualifications

• Secondary education in construction and civil engineering or secondary education combined with work experience deemed relevant by the Armed Forces.
• Driver's license B
• Documented work experience in the craft profession
• Swedish citizenship

Meritorious

• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Driver's license for chainsaw and brush cutter

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who is positive and handy and enjoys practical work. You have pride and a desire to perform good craftsmanship. You need to be meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently. Additionally, placing great emphasis on teamwork and loyalty to the group will make you fit in well with this team. Personal suitability will be given great importance.

Other

The employment is a full-time permanent position that begins with a 6-month probationary period for those not already employed by the Armed Forces. The job involves travel as part of the duties.
